Church Creative Leaders, this social is for you! We understand the time and energy spent preparing for the Christmas and New Year season. We want to provide a place for you to reset, have fun, and get to know more Creative Leaders like you!

Church Creative Leadership
Sometimes job descriptions and titles are blurred, but if you fall into any of these Creative Leadership categories, we’d love for you to register to attend this Social!
Creative Pastor
Oversees all worship, production, and creative elements for the church. A visionary with a gift in organizational development. Big on goal setting and has a very good memory.
Worship Pastor/Leader
Coordinate’s Worship Services and Special Events. Schedules Volunteers for the Worship Team and loves building song sets. Siffs through song request emails and often works through conflict resolution with team members.
Music Director
Directs the Worship Band. Likes to try new chord progressions. Great troubleshooter and communicator. Believes in smooth transitions. Like’s to make the team laugh through the in-ears. Appreciates clear communication from the Worship Pastor.
Production Director
Coordinates the audio, visual, media, and/or lighting for the church. Loves incorporating fresh ideas. Often stays up late to accomplish or delegate last-minute media needs from the Lead Pastor.
Communications/Marketing Director
Establishes a clear and strategic way to communicate the church’s vision through digital and print media. Cares about the minor details, and understands it takes time to create.

Get to know other Creative Church Leaders! Share your story and plan ways to connect in the future. The event space is limited to 50 people.

Appetizers + Desserts
What is a Christmas Party without good food! There will be light appetizers and delicious desserts to munch on throughout the evening.

Music
Besides atmospheric Christmas music, the evening will end with a moment of unplugged worship and prayer as we gear up to serve our Churches during the Holiday Season.
